At the end of each round (every 30 days), we’ll take new measurements, which you’ll submit to me and the person with the highest percentage of weight and body fat lost will receive a prize.   3. thanks for stopping by my blog! I love the idea of your blog! I work out about 4 days a week, and it is very discouraging to not see results. but your blog is very encouraging! I need to check out a few of these programs! My husband works out non-stop, and he's gained a lot of muscle mass. I just want to tone my stomach and be healthy! Thanks for posting all of this! I'll be back!
